Wonderful property in an excellent location!

Lovely homely apartment, excellent location, you’re walking on the beautiful Ayr beach within a few minutes. Having a guest Netflix was a really nice touch. Lovely and clean. The information booklet was really helpful. The owner had the property heated for arrival, just a tad too warm for me but that’s just personal preference. I would definitely recommend staying here, it’s a wonderful property in an excellent location.

Lovely two night stay in perfect apartment

Central location. Lovely one bedroom apartment. Car parking (although quite a tight space). All facilities in apartment. Super communication with host. Nice touches with toiletries, kitchen cleaning liquids/cloths, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival.

Unfortunately on our second morning there was no hot water for a morning shower. I then found information on fridge that one needed to turn the water heater on. However we had not turned it on the previous morning and had hot water so never realised it is a MUST thing to do.

Spring Seaside Break

Great location as we love to walk on the beach. Great accessibility to the apartment, very handy for shops & restaurants. A truly beautiful apartment which provided all that we needed.

A spotless cosy apartment that had everything you needed to have a lovely weekend. The location was excellent and the apartment is to a high standard. This apartment also had netflix, prime and wifi !

The location was excellent and the flat was very nice in appearance.

We had no hot water throughout our stay. The host was unfortunately unable to correct this at short notice. We also would have preferred a proper table and chairs rather than the high, backless chairs and high table.

We had a great time.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, very homely, very accessible. Loved location, less than 5 from beach. Not far from town centre. Wide range of entertainment, very comfy apartment. Felt very safe in location. Host very helpful.

Shower was very confusing to use and struggled to get the hot water working. Apartment was a little dusty on arrival. The spoons were dirty in drawer on arrival.

Only thing I can say I didn't like was the bed A bit to soft and a bit on the short side for me at 5' 11"

Very good

Location was great, really liked that section of ayr in the attractive streets between the beach and town centre. The shower room is a good size qnd very clean, kitchen is well set up and the sitting room is bright and spacious for a couple.

The mattress was a bit springy but OK and the sofa was rather firm but the cushions were squishy which helped.
