Istai Poetto Apartment

We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home. The apartment is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and everything you might need has been thoughtfully provided. The sound insulation is good, and the central air conditioning system works exceptionally well—we never felt hot, even during the warm weather. The location is also very convenient. Poetto Beach is only about a 7–8 minute walk away, there is a nice supermarket just 2 minutes from the apartment, and buses to the city center stop right in front of the building, making it very easy to get around. Communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and helpful. We accidentally left the key inside the apartment and locked ourselves out—a habit from living in London, where we’re used to doors that can be opened from the outside. The host responded immediately and helped us without any hassle, which we really appreciated. Thank you again for everything. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cagliari!

Классная современная квартира со всем необходимым. Чисто, уютно. Собственник всегда на связи и быстро реагирует на запросы. До общественного пляжа 10 минут пешком. Вдоль пляжа много пляжных клубов, где за 20 евро можно арендовать зонт и шезлонг. В квартире также имеется зонт. До супермаркета 5 минут ходьбы. Автобусная остановка прямо возле подъезда. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь ещё раз

La propiedad es muy linda, el edificio es nuevo y está todo muy lindo y cuidado

La ubicación está genial si la idea es hacer playa de poetto, pero si la idea es conocer la ciudad está lejos del centro

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La pulizia è stata eccellente. La zona è favolosa e a due passi dal mare. Consigliatissimo. Ottimo anche il silenzio durante la notte.
