The location is perfect. 2min walk to Poetto beach & close to bus stops taking you to Cagliari city centre. The apartment is nicely decorated and has air conditioning (a must as this apartment is made out of windows !) and there is a beautiful sea view. Communication is via Whatsapp & the keys are left in a keybox. We arrived very early in Cagliari and they managed to find a solution to let us leave our suitcases in the building although check in is 16:00 (thanks again).
not a huge problem for us, but guests should be aware that there are no lifts in the building and the stairs are narrow and a bit steep to get to the apartment. there is no wifi. and no sun umbrella for the terrace which limits the amount of time you can spend outdoors. there could be a few more plates and maybe a bowl or two.
