It was a very pleasant weekend! :)

This is a wonderful place, quiet and peaceful. The cozy cottages are nestled among olive trees, which really adds to the atmosphere, making you feel like you're somewhere in Greece. The cottages had clean bed linen and towels, very comfortable beds, and all the necessary cutlery and utensils for cooking. Outside, there is a large table, garden chairs, and BBQs (though we noticed they get wet during rainfall, something to keep in mind). The biggest advantage of this place is its location, far from the city and the hustle and bustle. At night, it's completely silent and peaceful (the sleep was excellent). Cute cats often come onto the territory :) The hosts are very friendly, they confirmed our arrival time and allowed us to check out a little later than the stated time

Minus: There was no dish soap provided in the kitchen 😬

Great Cottage stay

Beautiful little cottage and slightly out of the city so really peaceful and relaxing. Theres two nice restaurants within walking distance, and you're amongst the olive trees. Great place to relax and unwind. The host was extremely helpful for anything we needed.

There is not much to do, but the city is a 5 minute drive away. We were looking for a quiet relaxed time which was perfect for us.

A must visit!

Great location, fantastic pricing! The owners were very friendly and helpful from day 1. The place is kinda off grid, so you'll need to rent a car for transportation, but it's 100% worth it! You are surrounded by olive trees, various kinds of animals and the accomodation itself is truly outstanding! A must visit for anyone who loves calm and peaceful places with nature involved 😊

The wifi connection is not the best, but it's not on the owners. Renting a car is a recommended choice, since you are 45 mins walk from Ulcinj.

Nice nature house with big garden

Wonderful nature stay with a big garden. We stayed here for 1 night and we wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very friendly, the house and garden were amazing, and a nice bathroom. With the car it was very close to Ulcinj and the beach. Definitely the best stay of our trip.

Beautiful Quiet Place

Amazing place and the scenery is just beautiful around. From the house you can have a nice walk down to the beach. Both cottages are cozy and nice. Even in November It was not cold at all.

For whom It might matter, we found a kitchen in a bigger cottage a bit small. The other house (the one with one bedroom) has a more comfortable kitchen in our opinion.

Nice place to relax, far away from the city, near to Valdanos beach. Good contact with owners. Nice home interior with 2 bedrooms and 2 big beds. On the outside plenty of place to sit.

Beutiful cottage in the middle of nowhere

Everything. Midst in centurie old olive trees, the location is wonderful. A stroll to the Valdanos beach is ca. 30 minutes by foot, 3 minutes by car.

Everything was good. There might have been some essentials missing like mugs, the big ones for coffee, a new kitchen sponge upon arrival or a working washing maschine (we tried but couldn't get it to work). But really, all of these didn't bother us at all, maybe just something for the host to consider for the next guests. Also, if you are going with 6 adults it might get too cramped, the cottage is designed for 4 people to live in very comfortably but 6 people need to squeeze a bit and show some tolerance to each other 😁

Magical place

Amazing and peacefull location, the cottage is set in an old olive trees orchard area surrounded by hills and seacoast. Valdanos beach with ist savage natural beauty is reachable in 5 minutes by car, while Ulcinj's fascinating old fortress is reachable in 10 minutes drive. The hosts are bright&skilled people who managed to design a cosy house with its own poetry in total harmony with nature, that makes you feel welcomed the minute you arrive. The whole area touched deeply our soul and we will surely come back someday.

Exceptional

Lovely cottage in calm surroundings with an amazing olive tree gardens. Very nice location, in a secluded area of Ulcinj and close to the Valdanos bay. The house is very spacious, the rooms are comfy, air conditioning in every room, internet is great inside and outside of the house. Cottage is very well-equipped, so there you can find everything you need. The yard is very beautiful and peaceful, that you don’t have to go anywhere just lie on the shade of olive trees and enjoy the peace. Very nice and warm place to stay and to relax your mind. Th owners are very kind and respectful and gave us a warm welcome. communication with them was very easy and they made a real effort to make sure we will have a great stay. We wish we could stay longer, but definitely we will come back next year. Overall, a great place to stay and have a rest from noise and crowd. I highly recommend this place (smiley)

Exceptional

We had wonderful time in Olea Cottage in Ulcinj, Montenegro. The location of the house is perfect, especially if you want a relaxing and quiet holiday. The wooden house is beautifully and tastefully built and equipped with everything one needs (from things like hairdryer and iron to kitchen equipment). We were four adults and two five-year-old children and the house was spacious enough for the six of us. Moreover it is located among olive trees in a quiet area above the city. Because of that it is peaceful and cooler in the night and it gives one a really appreciated privacy. That said the city Ulcinj can be reached with the car in a few minutes as well as nerbay beach Valdanos. The Long Beach, which is a beautiful sandy beach perfect for children, is 20 minutes ride from the house. Another great thing about the house is the big garden. We spent several pleasant evenings sitting on the terrace enjoying summer nights. Another advantage for us (since we had two cars) was a private parking on site. We had a wonderful communication with our hosts. They were friendly, open and helpful and we even got a little goodbye present from them. If we ever come back to Ulcinj we will definitely choose Olea Cottage again.

The master bedroom is the best part, the wall with stone and the view from the window is just amazing. The host is super friendly, they helped us with every detail we needed.

Wir waren in der kleineren Wohnung. Für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt zwei schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nöhe. Der Strand ist zu Füß 30min. Ein hüscher Spaziergang hin und zurück.
