The bed was really comfortable and it was near the shopping centre, but not too close.
The water pressure in the shower was quite low

Had all we needed for a comfortable stay for our 5 days in Edinburgh. 10 to 15 minute walk to the royal mile. 20-minute walk to the major bus station. Very close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
It was up three flights of stairs which was fine for us, but if you're carrying a heavy suitcase you may struggle as there is no lift.

I like the big apartment environment, and it is near the attractions area (around 20+ mins). The owner is nice and helpful to help us even out of office hours.

Excellent location, great kitchen, good bathroom
It is a bit run-down property - with a little effort this could be magnificent
The staircase is a mess with uneven stairs, the appartment itself was quite dirty, the couch was heavily stained
We ended up cleaning, vacuuming and mopping the appartment at the beginning of our stay.
