Self contained ensuite double bedroom with own entrance FREE OFF STREET PARKING

Bipin was an exceptional host. He happened to meet us on arrival after a long drive down from Manchester and could not have been more welcoming. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my partner as we were attending a concert at the O2 Academy Brixton, an Uber back and forth was very reasonable and free parking available at the property... which is a huge benefit in London. Everywhere was absolutely spotless, there were coffee/tea making facilities a fridge and microwave available to use. It was extremely comfortable and is an absolute gem for anyone heading to London. I highly recommend staying with Bipin. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for being so welcoming, it was a real pleasure and we hope to be able to stay with you again in the future. 5* +++++ all round!!

Great location, very comfortable - had everything we needed.

Lighting on drive would be a good idea.

Location was just right, Room was comfortable. Lovely host.

Outside the property needs lights from the road to the door and it could have been swept and cleaned outside. There was also a strange smell in the lovely bathroom which I suggests there may be a plumbing issue.

Spacious double room; nice location near park. Fridge and coffee making facilities.

Unfortunately the smell particularly in the bathroom was terrible. Not sure if it was drainage problems. The room needed curtains or blackout blinds to keep out the light coming through from the house kitchen downstairs. More exterior lighting is needed. My car was blocked in.
