Budget accommodation in central location

The rooms look great on the website but only the bedroom is renovated, the a/c is good and the balcony is nice to sit out on, close to a choice of restaurants. We did not eat here.

The bathroom and kitchen are tired and a little run down. Shower head does not stay on the hook so you have to hold the shower head the whole time, it floods the floor and the ability to regulate the hot and cold water flow is terrible. Limited crockery in kitchen - eg one spoon and 1 glass for 2 people.

It was fine for a short single trip. Not much communication from the owners but overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

Location was great, central to any direction you want go, nothing was more than a 5 minute walk away. Room was clean enough for a weeks stay.

Very basic, it reminded me of when I first started coming to Sidari with the shower curtains that stick to you when you’re wet, lol….. could do with some upgrading.

Central Sidari

Great location, very central for everything Sidari has to offer. Comfy bed and a great fridge.

The apartment was clean when we arrived but was not cleaned again during our 11 night stay.. This would have been acceptable if we had been left a sweeping brush and a mop to use ourselves. . Also the bathroom and kitchen bins were not emptied during our 11 day holiday. The room was basic but had most things we needed.- an odd assortment of glasses, only one breakfast bowl and a little cutlery, two plates and two mugs.

Never saw the cleaner all week. The whole apartment was just grubby and had never had a decent clean. The toilet and shower were disgusting. No bathrobes no slippers no shower gel etc. bed linen never changed towels never changed floor never mopped. Cutlery etc grubby. Waste bin never emptied. Toilet bin never emptied a hygiene risk. It bore no resemblance to the photos and write up on your site.

Cleaning was non existent. It was dirty when we arrived, at the 4 days we stayed they never cleaned the floor so it was much sand after just 2 days. Kitchen utensils was very limited and dirty. We didnt use any of them, and there was almost nothing to even use. Stain on blanket too. Old facility but has much potential with renovation.

Rooms are ideally located, clean & tidy & staff were helpful. Free WiFi, tv with netflix, hairdryers in every room, free parking, close to all amenities, iron available to use, lovely family.

Beautiful stay in Sidari

The stay was amazing, we had some issues with our check in, however the host did everything to try and sort it out. The room was clean, we found everything we needed for a nice stay. The location was amazing, close to shops and beaches. Would definitely recommend and if I was to come back to Sidari again, this is where I'd be staying.

The service could have been better arrived thursday night arranged a late arrival that was fine by wednesday there had been no sign of a cleaner i.e towel or bedding change contacted booking.com they gave me number to ring owner .Rang owner asking when bin would be emptied and he said he would call came back that evening and someone had been and emptied the bin and left towels but no bedding so had same bed sheets for whole 11 nights and bin not emptied again since wednesday ....Think this would put alot of people off from staying there again just basic service which people expect

Location was great. The only let down was when we arrived the only person who eventually met us was a young lad, and when trying to talk to him, was a week hand signal to follow him. He showed us our apartment while struggling to open the door !

Property in in great location. Spacious for the two of us and had Free Air Con. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Poorly maintained, The air con needs a service as when we first turned it on it sprayed out black stuff into the room. The bedding was not changed and the room not cleaned at all (6 days!) I Didn’t expect to be emptying my own toilet bin and house bin! When I looked for a place to stay this said the place was self catering with little ring cooker and a kettle. When we arrived there was none! I had to go ask for kettle which they brought as cannot start the day without a cuppa! There were a few cooking utensils in the cupboard but no cooker to cook on. The bedding was mismatched but checking the bed the mattress looked new and pillows. So if you want just a base to sleep this is your place. If you like basic luxury like cleaning then book somewhere else.

Small quiet apartments, well located.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Good welcome pack. Good location, very central. No pool but very close to the beach and plenty of pool bars you can you close by.

A hairdryer in the room would have been useful, this wouldn't stop me going back. Also maybe some information in the room would be good given there isn't really a reception eg numbers to contact if you had a problem.
