Lady on reception is nice and helpful, the guy is the absolute opposite. Rooms are adequate and beds are comfy but the bathrooms are awful. WiFi dips and connection poor when does work. Pool is a decent size and lots of inflatables for kids, however pool water stains your swimwear yellow. Many people at the hotel said the same thing so beware. I mentioned this to the guy on reception who said it was the sun or my sun oil (assumed I used oil) but if you look at the inflatables in the pool, they all have a yellow tinge to them too. He wasn’t interested. I only ate once in the restaurant , food was mediocre. Chap in the restaurant is lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Location is good. Not far from the strip and beach. This hotel has the potential to be so much better than what it is. The shower room to get ready in after you’ve checked out needs attention. Was an ok stay but would pay a little more to stay elsewhere next time!
