מיקום הדירה קצת רחוק מהמרכז למי שאין לו רכב. דירה נקיה, נוחה מאוד עם כל הציוד והאיבזור הנדרש. חצר מסודרת ומושקעת עם מקומות ישיבה, בריכות דגים. בעל הדירה חביב מאוד ודאג לכל בקשותינו.

המקום נגיש, נקי, יש חניה, מכונת קפה, תמי 4, מקרר ומטבח מאובזר, הכל היה נקי ומזמין, גינה יפה מאוד עם בריכת דגים , היו מספיק מגבות ויש מים חמים לפי דרישה רק צריך להדליק את הדוד.
הספה בסלון לא נוחה בעליל, החלונות קטנים הגבוהים, תחושה קצת קלאוסטרופובית, חבל שאין רשת על הדלת שלפחות אפשר היה לפתוח אותה. האור הקטן לפתיחת הכספת של המפתח מכוון לא טוב קשה להוציא את המפתח. כדאי להגיד להביא קפסולות קפה
