Situated in high up central Sea Point, this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views.
The modern living and dining areas are open plan to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and a Nespresso machine. The private balcony, which is accessed from the lounge via sliding doors has seating for 4 and a gas BBQ to enjoy the sunsets.
Down a short corridor, past a laptop-friendly work station, are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a juliette balcony, with lovely sea views, a king size bed, TV, AC and a full open plan bathroom. The second bedroom also has a juliette balcony with looks towards the mountain, with a side view of Lion's Head. This bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The second bathroom is separate and doubles up as a guest loo.
On the fourth floor of the block, there is a communal outdoor swimming pool and entertainment area open for guests to enjoy.
There is secure parking available inside the apartment block, along with lift access to the apartment.

The building has a large generator that powers everything.
