Clear instructions to pick up key for the propery, hassle free. Property is close to restaurants and attractions. Good size property for family and kids to run around. Well equip with facilities such as fire place, BBQ and pool even though we did not use them. Would be nice if we stayed longer
The bed mattress is too old, need more support for comfort. I shared the bed with my 5 year old, inadequate support even for the child. No access to the pool during our stay, would be nice if the kids get to swim

Nice and quiet location. Very well set up. Was very comfortable and in a lovely setting. Supplied with lots of kitchen crockery which is not seen in most B&Bs. Would be good to spend a few days enjoying the house. Overall a very relaxing place to be.
Could have done with more fire wood for fire place. Had only one log. Also could have done with more than one tea towel and perhaps even a box of tissues. I would suggest that perhaps that the split system be replaced with a newer quieter one.

The place was really nice and fairly well equipped. There were no bbq tools and it could have done with air conditioning in the bedrooms on a particular hot night. The pool is in need of attention with stairs not secure and the pool was green so it needed a complete drain and chemical treated! Outside lights could do with improving as it was very hard to see and one of our party tripped over uneven ground with very poor light!
