The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
They are also welcome to stay inside, though is required you clean up after your pets.
Please clean up and hair or droppings.
$25 per pet fee
Beach:
The house is just over one km to the beach. It takes about 20 mins to walk there. We have two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach tent and buckets for guests to use.
Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and groups.
Schoolies:
We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.
Bookings:
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests.
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
Booking rate is for 2 people then extra $20 per person per nights booked after
Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.
Schoolies have a higher bond
Located on a quiet street and central to what the area has to offer. The RSL is also just at the end of the street.
Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.
There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.

The house was excellent, and now has a grab rail on the back steps, which makes it easier to access the backyard.

Property in a great location, high fenced outside area with outdoor table, umbrella & hammocks, comfy beds & nicely decorated. Downsides - shower frame dirty, bedroom window out of alignment, dirty wine glasses overpowering perfume smell in one bedroom (maybe overdid it with deodorizer ?). Was a lovely home. Only thing needing attention is the steep stairs out back door need a hand rail on both sides not just one as it’s a “very” steep fall over edge if you have little ones, possibly side rails would be handy also. I believe possibly doesn’t meet safety requirements otherwise the house is perfect for everyone including dogs, great backyard for them
