Outstanding staff, spacious and spotless rooms, relaxing pool with bar serving great cocktails, and a tasty breakfast. Absolutely perfect!

We had an amazing stay – everything was just what we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, always with a smile. The pool was a big hit with the kids, who would have spent the whole day there if they could! 🏊‍♀️ Breakfast was another highlight – very diverse, fresh, and delicious, with options for all tastes. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Would definitely return and recommend to others looking for a welcoming and family-friendly place. ❤️

I have to be objective and mention that the hotel is very nice, new and modernly equipped, I have to praise the rest of the hotel staff (bar, kitchen, cleaners) they are all kind and hard-working, except for the hotel owners and reception, the mother and daughter who run the business and are in the hotel and the hotel yard 24/7. Somehow you feel discomfort, as if your every move is being measured, so that you don't make a mistake, that you don't step on something, and that discomfort is felt in the air. Better NOT to pay for breakfast, because you can't eat from the wasps, the quality of the food and selection is 8/10 and when we asked to bring the food into the apartment, more precisely on the terrace, because our children are small, afraid and one child is allergic to insect bites, and that was also a question mark for the hotel, they needed time to decide and allow us.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a bad experience with the hotel owners. Namely, when we arrived at the hotel, we had to pay almost 35-40% more than the booked price!! Which we had already paid all by card during the reservation process and we should not have had any hidden costs, and the basic price was NOT small... The problem was that we put 2 adults and 2 children in the application (but as they say we did not specify their age exactly) and up to 2 years old there is no additional fees, and over 2 years old there is an additional fees for children and thats a lot, like for 4 adults, exactly 420e over the price. What is crazy to pay for a family of four, we have the same budget and pay from the same pocket. I am sure that I put the correct ages of my children, because I don't want situations like this to happen. But they claim that I didn't, and that this situation happened to them few times before, that makes me little suspicious by the way. Okay even they were right about ages, here we are again, we've traveled such a long way. We are not making any major changes to a hotel, they knowed we are 4 before we came, except that the side bed needs to be unfolded and another bed sheet inserted. My experience (until now) is that every hotel would kindly host us, point out on a small mistake for next time, but smile at the entrance and let us in without any extra charges. In some hard negotiations and stress, which last almost 1 hour with the owners, I pleased them to pay in cash half of the price they asked me for, barely. And that's all because the hotel was "non-refundable" and we had no choice, we would lost whole paid vacation if we wanted to cancel or change a hotel, and they literally told us that. In another situation we would just turn around thank them and found another hotel for that money.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place. Clean, cozy and modernly furnished room and bathroom. The room is large and had everything you need and the beds were comfortable.

We had an overall amazing stay, the staff was there to give us recommendatons and tips, breakfast with a lot of ptions to choose from , great pool + bar and super clean rooms! Hope to see you again soom, thank you!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Epicentrum Suits on the beautiful island of Thassos in Greece, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The property is beautifully designed, combining comfort and elegance in a truly unique way. Its convenient location made exploring the island a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of adventures. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, reflecting the overall high standards of the property. What really made our stay special, however, was the warm and hospitable staff. The mother-daughter duo who manage the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast was also a delight, satisfying and delicious, providing the perfect start to our days of exploration. If I am fortunate enough to return to Thassos, there's no doubt that Epicentrum Suits will be my first choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island for its sheer comfort, excellent location, and unparalleled hospitality

The only minor hiccup during our stay was a brief period of slow internet. However, this was a minor issue and quite understandable. Despite this small setback, it did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at Epicentrum Suits.
