So disappointing! If I didn’t paid half of the price before arrival i would have left and looked for something else afte

The only good thing about the property is the view from the terrace, but even that’s not worth all the rest that comes with this place. Definitely not worth the money.

It was nothing like the pictures. Everything looked old and dirty. Upon arrival there was no one to let us in so we had to wait outside and when the guy arrived he told us to come back in an hour because there was a mistake and someone had slept in the room right before we arrived so they had to change the bedsheets. We went out to eat and came back in 2 hours and when we walked up to the studio the cleaning lady came after us and asked to come inside and change the sheets. THAT WAS 2h AFTER?? What were they doing before that so they didn’t fix it, but told us to come back later? On the first night we noticed that one of the beds was missing a cover up, so the next day we went down to the “reception” and asked for an extra one. They promised to fix it and leave an extra one when the cleaning lady goes up, but yet again there was nothing. They also go in without a notice and move things around while cleaning up. That’s unacceptable!

The location is ok and that's it.

The owner didn't respond in chat and on the phone, which delayed our check-in. There was no hot water, the bathroom needs total renovation, and the view was straight to the neighbors, not like the pictures. Value/Price - 1/10

Affordable location close to the beach, but the price meets the quality of the facilities

The property is close to the beach and the promenade. The rooms were clean and there was a functioning airconditioning. The owner was flexible, we booked only a day in advance. The property was also cheap.

The bathroom was clean but could use some maintenance. The top sheets for the bed were also in a closet, which we weren’t told. However note that these are minor dislikes somewhat to be expected with a cheaper accommodation.

The sea view is amazing, room is clean and totally worth the money! Triadafilos was very kind and helpful. He also recommended a nice taverna with delicious meals and fair prices! Great facilities, location (the hospital is also near for any unexpected eventualities) exceeding expectations. Highly recommended, would definitely come back again!

Not clean, and comfortable. The beds are very old and not suitable for couples they Just put 2 single beds apart. The kitchen utensils need to be renovated so does the bathroom. The toilet needs everyday cleaning, they have yo refresh bath towels. The table in the balcony was dirty.
