On a positive note, towels and bed sheets were changed daily, which I appreciated. The housekeeping staff was consistent in this regard, and the bed itself was comfortable.

Accommodation Review Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Stay: 10 days | Premium Accommodation with Private Pool I had high expectations for this premium accommodation, especially given the private pool and the promise of a luxury experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell short in several key areas. Cleanliness was a major concern. The room, while superficially tidy, lacked the deep cleaning you'd expect from a premium stay. Corners were dusty, and surfaces felt neglected. Most disappointing was the private pool, which had green algae buildup in the corners and along the wedges—a clear sign of poor maintenance and hygiene. The breakfast was another letdown. Despite being advertised as part of a premium package, it was extremely disappointing—limited variety, low-quality ingredients, and often served cold. It felt more like a budget buffet than a premium offering. Last, but not least, wasp fighting during breakfast was a major safety issue for kids. Overall, while there were a few redeeming qualities, the lack of cleanliness and the subpar breakfast experience made this stay far from the premium standard it claims to offer. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

They have really nice terrace near the bech, rooms with sea view, swimming pool and the most important thing, they are cleaning the room every day. 😀

friendly staff,good food, very quite! The most important was the distance to the beach (1 minute), the swimming pool was clean and very generous! this property is perfect for a family with kids.

The parking spot is very tight, but I know in Thasos this are the streets, so is not a big deal but it will be nice to focus more on this.

It’s paradise. Pure and simple the best location, wonderful service, decent, kind and very helpful staff.

The beach is wonderful, the terrace, bar and dining are all alfresco with magnificent views of the ocean, and the sea is calm and clean. It’s simple, practical and lacks nothing. If Carlsberg did holidays……

Superb

Excellent location in front of the beach, nice environment with a clean swimming pool and a kids' swimming pool, good breakfast, big and delicious meal portions, very close to the center, the staff and the owner Mr. Giannis is very friendly! The room was comfortable, big with nice view to the beach. The beach bar plays very good music, has plenty of drinks and finger food and the beach is clean and ideal for kids ! We recommend it !

Breakfast starting at 9am is late, just a suggestion: the swimming pool could be closed from 2 to 5 pm as it was too noisy with kids playing and screaming, the bathroom was small for a triple room.

Overall nice stay, comfortable, good restaurant

The room we ended up staying in was ok. It was clean and spacious. The villa is situated near the port , so you have everything you need very close by. The villa's restaurant was very good as well. Beach is very close, 1 minute walk, and very intimate.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a staff member (not the owner) who tried to place us in a different room, not the one we booked. The room was dark, small and did not smell good. Eventually the owner showed up and we were placed in a nice, clean, apartment bigger then what we originally booked (no extra fee).

Perfect view. Great common facilities. Spacy room. Close to the beach. Comfort bed. Friendly staff.

Toilet seat needs repair. There is a glass toilet door with a lot of gaps and visibility. The balcony needs tents in order to be useful. There is no place to dry the towels and the swimsuits.

La relatività della verità

La posizione

Niente parcheggio, se ti va bene, parcheggi in una stradina che lo staff ti consiglia e poi trovi l'auto ammaccata con un danno di 700 euro e nessuno si prende responsabilità,nonostante abbia mandato le foto del sinistro alla segreteria della direzione. L'aria condizionata è solo ornamentale ma non funziona. Nonostante sia tutto di nuova costruzione è tutto poco o per niente funzionante. Siamo rimasti 7 ore senza corrente perché la struttura è priva di generatore d'emergenza. La spiaggia non è gratuita ma è a consumazione obbligatoria con minimo 10 euro.
