Ca Falier Piccolo - little sweet studio in 10-12 minutes from bus&train station

El apartamento es pequeñito pero tiene todo lo imprescindible. Es muy acogedor, la cama es muy cómoda y es silencioso, perfecto para descansar. La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca de la estación de tren/bus, a un corto paseo con las maletas, y la plaza de San Marco a algo menos de 30 minutos a pie. Anastasia respondió a todas mis dudas rápidamente. El acceso es con código y muy práctico.

La calefacción no es muy potente

Cazarea a fost foarte bine amplasata, arata exact ca in poze, proprietara a fost foarte draguta. De asemenea, la cazare se regaseste si un ghid cu informatii, sugestii de restaurante si multe altele.

In 2/4 nopti am gasit furnici in bucatarie si dormitor, posibil sa fie din cauza vremii. Probsbil din cauza unei tevi fisurate gaseam uneori apa pe parchetul din bucatarie.

It’s in an excellent location if you don’t want to navigate water transport. Easiest possible walk from bus terminal. From train station you have a large bridge with steps whichever way you go. Large bags not advised — you will be dragging or carrying them for a while. It’s possible to walk everywhere from the apartment, it’s just further because there are only a few bridges that can get you across the grand canal. There are many small bridges … easy to get lost temporarily as Google maps has trouble triangulating your exact position constantly. Many restaurants close by. Really good spot.

If the people in the unit above are as polite as the people who were above us, you won’t be impressed. Seems they were packing to exit late at night, but impossible to sleep until they were stationary. When the washing machine is on spin cycle the whole apartment shakes 😂 Fortunately this was during the day. Note, all of these have nothing to do with the owner. Obviously there’s no view of anything, but thus the price. Venice is expensive. It’s a tiny apartment but clean and great position. While amongst the most expensive we stayed in, and far from the best, it was way better than central Rome where 200 euros buys not much.

It's the cozy, stylish flat which located near the bus, waterbus and train station. Easy to reach from the airport or any other place. The kitchen and the studio overall equipped with everything you will need. The bed is comfortable, same as bathroom. Fast and stable W-Fi, had lots of Zoom calls there. Some supermarkets (Conad one love) and a lot of cafes nearby. Friendly host!
