Everything was great, the apartment was clean, we had a place to leave our luggage before checking in, we were received by Rinata which was a lovely person that guided us until the location of the apartment and even gave was a cake as gift, our best experience so far in Italy!

The small apartment is conveniently located to the railway station & vaporetto stops. However it is also quiet & comfortable.
Nothing- just keep in mind the bridges in Venice have steps. We used a porter service from outside the rail station- a godsend!

Comfortable accommodation with seperate lounge and kitchenette. Location was great being close to train and bus stations. Shop, cafe and restaurants nearby. The area has a lot of character and the closest canal is only 20 m from the entrance to the apartment. Helpful staff and nice touch with thoughtful inclusions.
