I was delighted to stay in this tastefully decorated, spacious and quiet Venice flat. The location is outstanding- within walking distance to the train and bus stations (hooray for not lugging your luggage long distances) and just off the beaten path enough to enjoy a quiet evening after a long day of exploration. You can easily walk to all the major attractions and there’s a delightful square nearby with excellent and not-so-touristy restaurants.I did notice the bedroom and living room doors don’t close/latch completely (likely due to years of summer humidity), but the front door and bathroom doors close and lock securely- so this didn’t pose a problem for me.Overall, this space is clearly well loved and cared for by the owners. I was honored to stay here.

Amazing location and beautiful property, perfect for our stay. Host was great with communication and Giovanna was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

PRO - mgr/owner responsive, good lighting, ample clothing storage, hot water, plenty of blankets, kitchen well-equipped (did not use oven), very quiet area, comfortable living room; short walk to bus, airport shuttle, vaporetto, train station, huge Co-op supermarket just beyond P. Roma CON - mattress hard, cold in evening, confusion on how to heat, no bowls soup or cereal, microwave needs instructions, kitchen garbage bin lever doesn’t work, opening utensil door pulls open fridge door; other cabinet doors out of whack; shower: plexiglass cracked, tile joints moldy, curtain ineffective (water escapes), drain clogged, shower floor slippery, nowhere to put soap or shampoo; bathroom door doesn’t shut, lacking details on garbage/recycling
