L’hôte est vraiment très gentille, avenante et disponible. La chambre est super propre et confortable ! Le rapport qualité prix est parfait ! Rien à redire …

La propriétaire est super sympathique et souriante. L'appartement se trouve à coté d'un arrêt de tram, super pratique pour arriver en centre-ville très rapidement. Le petit salon privatif et le balcon sont vraiment top. Il y a un parking gratuit à 100 mètres de l'appartement!
L'immeuble en soi est un peu moche (façade, cage d'escalier et ascenseur) et les abords sont un peu sales mais cela n'impacte pas le fait que la propriétaire est super et elle fait tout ce qu'elle peut pour mettre à l'aise la personne qui loue la chambre chez elle.
