Logement bien équipé (cuisine) et fonctionnel. Lumineux malgré Rdc et proche du jardin public et du tram, situé dans une rue calme et dans un bâtiment assez tranquille.
Propreté OK. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Idéal pour quelques jours à Bordeaux.
La porte d'entrée n'est pas très solide, murs très fins (heureusement, peu de passage dans le couloir et voisins tranquilles);
Le problème principal de l'appartement, c'est l'absence de volets ou de rideau opaque! J'aurais aimé que le coin couchage soit séparé de la cuisine par un rideau ou autre.

Bedroom is only about 180cm long, so of course the bed can't fit in it. They somehow managed to get a mattress that firs into the room and made a bedroom out of it. So if you're above 180cm tall you will have to somehow sleep in diagonal. The worst experience however was the payment of the security deposit of 200 Euro. It is done via some 3rd party service that has shady online reviews and they keep on spamming you and upselling you more insurances and things like that. You will also have to clean the place and collect the trash which is written there on a note when you arrive. Of course you will do that because you will be in fear of losing 200 Euro of deposit. The manager who was communicating was not very friendly at all, and especially showed zero understanding regarding this 200 Euro security deposit. In any case, I would avoid this property in the future and would not recommend it.
