Amazing!

Apartment was excellent. Very clean + we'll equipped, + beds very comfortable.

It's in a lovely + quiet location, + a few steps away from the beach. For anyone that is unable to walk far, a wheelchair is recommended, as restaurants, bars + shops are not that close but close enough for able bodied people. As all flat, pushing a wheelchair is not a problem, + can even get on the beach with one.

I wouldn't go back or recommend this property.

The property was spacious, clean and had a laundry.

Access was very difficult, and car parking super difficult. Hard to find, and hard to pick up the keys. Basically no sea views, don't be fooled by the location. There is a little park in front of the property. Of and by itself, it was fine during the day but blocked the views. At night, many many cats came out, which was weird, and their was usually one or 2 dodgy guys hanging around in the late evening upon my return.

all in all, it was acceptable but not pleasing

a lovely contemporary apartment with excellent security and car park it is a lovely walk along the sea front

bathroom doors neither locked nor closed properly giving privacy issues. there was a small park area to the front which you have to walk through to get to the seafront. it is literally home to dozens of feral cats which made it unpleasant for us and our dog. it is on a long one-way loop (1.5 miles) and it is difficult to find. if you accidentally drive past it, you have to do the loop again.

fabulous.

fabulous apartment right across the road from the beach. it had everything you could need. it was a taxi ride away from the town center but plenty of bars and cafes a short walk away.

The pool wasn’t filled unfortunately while we were there but the beach was just across the road.

Nice location and good airco, but uncomfortable beds

The location was close to the beach and there was a swimming pool for the whole building. The airconditioning worked perfect. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The beds, the sofabank, the kitchentable and some chairs need to be replaced as they are uncomfortable. Although we knew there was no WiFi, it would be good if this could be arranged. The cleanliness of the apartment, beds, towels, glasses etc could be improved. If neighbours are talking loud you can hear it through the walls.

Difícil de acceder y bien ubicado en un lugar tranquilo. Apartamento bonito.

Los que lo regentan. Hubo fuertes lluvias en Benidorm, como es un sitio bajo, se nos inundó todo el apartamento con dos dedos de agua. Llamamos para explicar la situación y no nos contesta nadie. Tuvimos que achicar agua durante dos horas y los que gestionan esto, ni se preocuparon. Nos sentimos abandonados. Y a las 6 horas, nos contestan con un " lo sentimos"....nada recomendable, este sitio...muy enfadado con este sitio. Te exigen un montón de datos para extender un contrato, en el check in, .selfie incluído de tu cara. Y luego si hay problemas meteorológicos importantes, como así fué, te dejan en la estacada. No contestan a ninguna llamada. En fin, patético. No volveré.

Buena ubicación pero mal la limpieza, no tiene garaje y mal la gestión del piso.

La ubicación

La limpieza bastante deficiente, sofá sucio, mantel sucio, cocina llena de grasa, manchas en sábanas, paredes y puertas armarios. Ruido por obras en el edificio y no nos avisaron. El ascensor del garaje no funcionaba, no nos descontaron nada del alquiler por ello y nos costó mucho hacerles entender que debían correr con el gasto de la zona azul por no poder aparcar en el garaje.
