Beautiful apartment and stunning views

Wonderful views. Lovely beds. Lovely layout and super showers - thoughtful condiments left in kitchen . Tv in all rooms - brilliant

No t towels, no Kitchen roll No bath mat Couldn’t find heating for lounge/dining/kitchen area so cold and lounge rug as in photos missing Kitchen wall cupboards very high so apart from bottom shelf couldn’t reach things- need a step ladder Asked to leave keys on dining table when leaving, which means you cannot use lift on final descent to vacate. It was raining , stairs slippery when we left , so not ideal- ( we are older ladies )

There are a few bits that need some attention such as the pool needed a good clean and some maintenance and the doors in the bathroom that wouldn’t shut but apart from that it was brilliant.

Fantastic accommodation 5*

Absolutely everything from start to finish. It definitely is luxurious all round. The sound system is amazing and the location is excellent! The opening mirror by the door was perfect for us girls getting ready everyday! I will definitely return, we all will. (4 women)

It would have been nicer to have maybe 2 more towels in the press as we often waited on towels to dry, to use them again for showers pool etc. We also didn't have the password for WiFi. If it was written in the welcome letter that'd be great!

Fabulous spot, with great views!

The views and the comfort ! The garage although it has a lot of dampness it was very amplio.

The bathrooms need a bit of up keeping! Toilet seat kept falling off! The flusher didn’t work well! The doors don’t close well at all.

Entspricht nicht den Fotos - Objekt leider äußerst ungepflegt.

Prinzipiell verdient diese Wohnung eigentlich volle 10 Punkte (Traumausblick, tolle Lage, etc.) - wäre sie so wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt wird und in der Beschreibung beschrieben wird ("Luxuriöses Apartment..."). Zum Start der Vermietung vor schätzungsweise zwei Jahren war dies sicher noch der Fall (wir hatten gebucht, als die Wohnung noch eine hohe 9er Bewertung hatte). Allerdings ist die Wohnung mittlerweile total heruntergekommen und wird nur noch dilettantisch gepflegt: Absolute No-Gos waren: Äußerst unfreundliches Hausverwalterteam (wegen noch angeblicher Corona-Regeln musste man pünktlichst zur Übergabe eintreffen. Ansonsten gäbe es keine Übergabe. Wir wären trotz fünfstündiger Anreise aus Madrid pünktlich da und wer kam selbst eine halbe Stunde zu spät - und das ohne jegliche Entschuldigung. Die äußerst unfreundliche und lustlose Dame von der Hausverwaltung. Und insbesondere: Keinerlei Einweisung in die Haustechnik, was äußerst dringend der Fall gewesen wäre. Beispielsweise war die Fernbedienung für die Markise in einer Vase versteckt. Erst am dritten Tag haben wie diese zufällig gefunden).

Wir konnten gar nicht das Haus genauer ansehen, da war die Dame der Hausverwaltung schon wieder weg. Wir gingen auf die Terrasse und mussten feststellen, dass der Pool nicht gereinigt war. Erst auf massiven Druck und Drohung der Einschaltung von Booking kam die Poolreinigung (diese Dame war die einzig freundliche). Weiterhin wird die Wohnung praktisch nicht gewartet. Beispielsweise war die Waschmaschine derartig mit einer schwarzen Schicht verdreckt, dass meine Frau noch in der Nacht knapp zwei Stunden die Trommel reinigte, so dass wir wenigstens halbwegs ohne Ekel unsere Wäsche waschen konnten. Auch die Außenmöbel sind in einem katastrophal schlechten und ekelhaft verschmutzten Zustand. Die Hausklingel funktioniert nicht (da man nur einen Schlüssel bekommt, konnte ich nach dem morgendlichen Walking ohne Schlüssel nicht mehr zurück ins Haus. Ich habe vergeblich geklingelt und meine Frau hat mich mangels Defektes der Klingel nicht gehört. Aber kein Wort dazu von der Hausverwaltung bei der Übergabe). Im Souterrain hat das Haus massive Feuchtigkeitsschäden und es müffelt stark. Die Badtüren als auch die Schlafzimmertüren lassen sich nicht mehr schließen (Privatsphäre ist keine mehr vorhanden). Der Pool ist handwerklich in einem schlimmen Zustand (abgefallene Fliesen wurden anscheinend dilettantisch mit Silikon angeklebt. Die Krönung bildete schließlich die defekte Tür zur Terrasse, welche sich nicht mehr schließen ließ (die Hausverwaltung wusste vom Defekt und stellte nur eine große Vase vor die Tür): Auf meinen Hinweis, dass die Wohnung so nicht mehr sicher verlassen werden konnte, versprach man am nächsten Tag die Tür zu reparieren. Am nächsten Tag musste man kleinlaut zugeben, dass die Tür so beschädigt ist, dass man sie nicht mehr reparieren können. Uns wurde empfohlen, die Rollläden bei offener Tür herunterzulassen, so dass wenigstens ein bisschen Schutz besteht. Kurzum: Eigentlich ein schönes Objekt, aber total heruntergekommen.

APARTAMENTO ESPECTACULAR PERO CON COSITAS MEJORABLES

Ya habíamos estado anteriormente y el alojamiento es espectacular. No le falta de nada y es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Vistas inmejorables desde cualquier punto del apartamento.

Hay cositas que hemos visto que se podrían reparar y se están dejando, como las puertas de los baños que no cierran, el aire acondicionado del comedor no funciona, a la piscina le faltan algunas baldosillas… Pero lo que más nos fastidió es que desde el día de nuestra llegada el ascensor no funcionó, tuvimos que subir y bajar todas las maletas 3 pisos por la escalera. Pienso que se tendría que haber insistido a la compañía para tratarlo como urgencia.

Magnificas vistas con insuficiente mantenimiento

El mantenimiento del apartamento es escaso, se nota el paso del tiempo, puertas q no abren, lavabos q no desaguan, cisterna de baño q no funciona, aire acondicionado del salon q no funciona, el maravilloso sistema de sonido y tv ha desaparecido, por no hablar del escaso mantenimiento de la piscina q en los 2 ultimos dias no pudimos usar ya q se puso verde el agua y ya aprovecharon para reparar la ceramica con lo cual no pudimos usarla ya q vaciaron en gran parte

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super.

Wasserschaden im ganzen Haus inklusive schwarzen Schimmel. Schimmel in der Küche im Pool, defekte Fliesen ungepflegt. Türen, die sich nicht schließen lassen Toiletten die extrem stinken .Schimmel in der Dusche schlechte Ausstattung in der Küche, teilweise defekte Materialien, Bettwäsche und dreckig. Die Kissen waren gelb vor Schmutz im ganzen Haus ist ein muffiger Geruch vom Schimmel, die Gartenmöbel extrem verschmutzt, genauso wie die Möbel in der Wohnung mit luxuriös hat das Nix zu tun.

Increíble apartamento

Apartamento muy espacioso con unas vistas increíbles. Tener piscina privada, aunque no la utilizamos ya que es invierno, (podían tener el agua climatizada). Cocina muy completa con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, lo único que tienen solo 4 vasos y 4 tazas

Tiene algunos detalles que hacen que no llegue a ser perfecto. Puertas del baño y habitación no cierran bien, el sistema de aire/calefacción no funciona correctamente. El tener que utilizar una llave para subir y bajar en el ascensor, cuando uno sale sólo y regresa hay que bajar a buscarle o tiene que subir tres pisos andando.
