Lovely place

The property was clean and was a great size for a family of 5. It was nice that we could see the sea from our window too🥰

We had difficulty getting into the property at first. It wasn’t clear on the instructions that there was an A and B block that have the same number apartments. We had a bit of a nightmare with our external transfer prior to arriving at the apartment, and with it being late and having 3 children with us it was quite challenging trying to follow instructions that were not familiar to us. I tried messaging and phoning every contact that I had and did not get a reply until 12.30am. If I had an emergency contact number, and an instant reply the issue could have been rectified within minutes, and a LOT of upset could have been avoided. It wasn’t the best start to our holiday🥺 Maybe a key box would be more straight forward for people to use? It was also really cold in the apartment, we put the heaters on but we were still extremely cold at night. We wore full clothes to bed. Thick duvets would have really helped in the bedrooms and sofa bed. The hot water went cold quite quickly, with there being 5 of us, so two people often had cold showers 🥴 Some of the shutters wouldn’t go down in the bedrooms and living/dining room so it was quite bright early in the morning.

A lovely stay in a clean well equipped apartment with fabulous views

Apartment is lovely with fabulous views, the only draw backs are that the bed is a bit uncomfortable and creaky and there is no where at all to hang up towels in the bathroom, not even the hand towel There are traffic lights outside and so the idling traffic can be loud at night The location is fabulous, just a short walk to beaches and shops but it is a bit of a climb up hill back to the apartment

Para empezar los colchones nefastos muy malos, la organización de la entrada al alojamiento nefasta te mandan un vídeo para decirte cómo entrar pero luego te dicen que eso es viejo y que no funciona y te empiezan a enviar cogidos que ni funcionan, nos ayudaron dos chicos que no tenían nada que ver con el alojamiento, si no que unos vecinos, y al final terminaron abriendo los del departamento porque no se podía abrir, no había gas, tuvimos que llamarlo y llegaron a eso de las 6 de la tarde, se supone que si estoy pagando un alojamiento debería de estar bien preparado. Los sofás sucios. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Además de muy lejos del centro.

Strand war nicht so weit und ruhig .

Die Jalousien in der Wohnung funktionierten nicht, und auf unsere Bitte, sie zu reparieren, wurde nicht reagiert. Über uns wurde mehr als die Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts renoviert, gehämmert und gebohrt, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf und Frühstück nicht zu denken war! 🙈

Era un apartamento muy bonito y si mejoraran algunas cosas sería de 10

Principalmente lo mal que lo pasamos al recoger las llaves porque no dejan claro cómo recoger las llaves, está en una calle un poco complicada de buscar y parar con el coche es casi imposible, el aire acondicionado no funciona, tiene 2 habitaciones y solo hay ventilador en uno de ellos, el otro es como si no existiera porque no da nada de aire y el aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba, algunas cosas como muebles antiguos y las camas en muy mal estado. De vista es muy bonito pero la verdad muy cómodo para verano no es

El WC tapado la ducha no funciona y el apartamento limpio de que sirve?

El apartamento no era habitable y la gestión fue desastrosa. No lo recomiendo. Desde que llegué, la ducha no funcionaba y el WC estaba atascado. Avisé de inmediato, envié fotos y videos, pero solo me ofrecieron esperar a un técnico sin saber cuándo llegaría. Me entregaron el apartamento a las 16:00 y solo alquilé por dos días, por lo que era su responsabilidad garantizar que todo estuviera funcionando desde el principio, no pedirme que esperara perdiendo tiempo valioso de mi estancia. Esa misma noche, a las 12, tuve que salir a buscar cómo destapar las cañerías y solucionar el problema por mi cuenta, estando con un niño de 4 años. La atención por parte de la empresa fue malísima. Además, el aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba. Al día siguiente, después de informar lo sucedido, me comunicaron por la tarde que me habían reportado a Booking porque dejé a los perros solos mientras fui al supermercado, y me acusaron falsamente de que los perros hacían pis por todas partes, lo cual no es cierto. No lo había informado directamente al anfitrión, pero sí lo indiqué correctamente en el formulario de Booking, donde se pide con quién viajas, incluyendo a mis dos perros pequeños y a mi nieto. Aunque el apartamento estaba limpio, no volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

L’appuntamento era dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente. La zona era veramente tranquilla, fuori dal caos del centro. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo!

Le faltaría una terraza o un pequeño balcón, una cosa a tener en cuenta es que el compresor está dentro del apartamento en la galería al lado de la cocina, y la ducha necesita un cambio
