Very comfortable, spacious rooms, beds comfortable. Great location, a bit hard to find if you have a car.
Great location in a quiet part of Orvieto. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable beds.
Kitchen could be better equipped with oil, salt, pepper ect for cooking.

Nice accomodations in a beautiful hill town!
The location, the size and layout. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!
The showers need a deep cleaning. They need more supplies in the kitchen. The furniture was a little lacking for 4 people. 2 could sit in the sofa and 2 had to sit in dining chairs which aren’t really comfortable for socializing.

The parking was a pain. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or too much luggage to haul from paid parking to the apartment.

A renovated safe, quiet, and clean apartment
One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, renovated and clean. The air conditioners are new. The area is clean, quiet, and safe. It is a few minutes walk from Piazza della Repubblica. The apartment is on the ground floor. The town is rather small. There are good restaurants, coffee places, and gelato within a few minutes walk. It is easy to communicate with the host through WA. There are many people actually still living in town. They can be seen in the morning and evening when there are fewer day trippers.
