Nice accomodations in a beautiful hill town!

The location, the size and layout. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!

The showers need a deep cleaning. They need more supplies in the kitchen. The furniture was a little lacking for 4 people. 2 could sit in the sofa and 2 had to sit in dining chairs which aren’t really comfortable for socializing.

A renovated safe, quiet, and clean apartment

One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, renovated and clean. The air conditioners are new. The area is clean, quiet, and safe. It is a few minutes walk from Piazza della Repubblica. The apartment is on the ground floor. The town is rather small. There are good restaurants, coffee places, and gelato within a few minutes walk. It is easy to communicate with the host through WA. There are many people actually still living in town. They can be seen in the morning and evening when there are fewer day trippers.

Optimal place for a short stay. We were 6 and it was enough place for all of us. The host gave us all the instructions and explanation, was very responsive, answered all the questions immediately via watsapp.

It wasn't clear enough how electricity in the property works (with the special card on the keys) and we discovered it later (with the help of the host).

Posizione fantastica, appartamento, veramente molto centrale come posizione. La casa molto bella, ben arredata, con tutti i confort richiesti, anzi bagni veramente ampi e ben arredati. La proprietaria sempre disponibile, cortese, e soprattutto pronta a darci consigli per ogni evenienza.

Nulla, è andato tutto molto bene. Con due bambini piccoli (3 anni e 6 mesi), il fatto di trovare un appartamento che dia la sensazione di "casa", può solo generare buoni feedback

Ottima struttura

Appartamento da poco ristrutturato. Molto funzionale dispone di due separate camere da letto e di due bagni. Nel salone cucina c'è anche un divano letto. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 quindi il divano letto era chiuso, aprendolo immagino che residui poco spazio nel salone per potere cucinare o mangiare, quindi va richiuso. L'appartamento, tranquillo e silenzionso si trova in uno dei bei vicoli caratteristici di Orvieto. Non è facilemtente raggiungibile in auto in quanto si trova in una stradina del centro storico e quindi occorre fare attenzione a zone a traffico limitato e alle dimensioni delle stradine. La signora Manuela che lo gestisce è molto attenta e premurosa. CI ha consigliato di lasciare la macchina al parcheggio che poi con le scale mobili consente di raggiungere la casa senza troppa fatica. L'unico neo utilizzando questo parcheggio è riportare le valige in auto perchè le scale mobili sono attive per lo più in salita mentre scendendo ci sono molti tratti che occorre portare le valige in mano. Quindi occorre organizzarsi per andare a riprenderle in uno dei punti dove si può arrivare con la macchina. La casa dispone di una cucina completa attrezzata , una macchinetta del caffè a capsule che la signora mette gentilmente a disposizione insieme a delle tisane. C'è anche la connessione wifi.

El piso es acogedor, grande y muy muy limpio. Está muy bien cuidado en todos los detalles y la casera es encantadora y súper disponible (nos dejó hasta información sobre el aparcamiento y otros detalles). Encontramos también agua de cortesía en la nevera y máquina de café con cápsulas. 💯 Piso muy bien ubicado y entre 5 y 15 minutos de cualquier sitio del casco antiguo. 🔝

Muito bem localizado dentro da linda cidade de Orvieto. Foi fácil encontrar seguindo as indicações e o google maps. A propriedade tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Cama confortavel, limpo, chuveiro excelente, ar condicionado (importante no verão). Cozinha funcional. O estacionamento era um pouco distante (ainda assim a uma distância que podia ser percorrida a pé), mas entendo que essa é uma característica das cidades italiana antigas.
