Die Lage ist für Bahnreisende perfekt. Auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. So ist die gesamte Stadt leicht erreichbar. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist neu und tadellos. Die Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe über codiertem Schlüsselsafe und die zugehörige Kommunikation funktionierte problemlos.
Das Quartier ist ohne detaillierten Plan oder ohne Google-Maps - nur aufgrund der Adresse - leider kaum aufzufinden, da es sich NICHT an der angegebenen Straße befindet. Es befindet sich in einem Neubauviertel an einer namenlosen Parallelstraße. Diese ist nur über eine kurze, ebenfalls namenlose, rechtwinkelig zur angegebenen Straße abzweigenden Gasse erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Hinweisschilder.

new apartment, comfortable bed, fully equiped kitchen, washer (not dryer), small balcony, parking space, very good location. Within walking distance of bus/train station, shopping mall and Old Town. Off a main street in a residential area behind a museum with lots of greenspace and quiet. Two small restaurants and convenience store on street level of building.
We have stayed in many apartments over the years and this was one of the best in terms of the actual unit and location (quiet/tranquil). If you want to be in the middle of the action/noise, this is not the place, but if you want to relax and unwind after a day of site seeing - this is it.

Beds were comfy
Considering it’s a new building, I was very shocked that it didn’t have air con. Property would be nice in the winter but being the top floor apartment it was unbearable.
Also check in instructions were incorrect. You have to get the guard to let you in, then get the garage key from the room, so you can park the car and then you have to exit with all the keys and run them back in after you get your car back out. Bedroom doesn’t have an actual door. I messaged about a broken fan and got a reply 12 hours later to an offer of a repair but we’d already left for the day so had to just make do and sleep in an oven.
