The location was excellent, close to the train station with transport & food options. The room was large & had all the necessary conveniences. Very clean & even the entry was clean (which is not often the case).

It would have been helpful to know more about the 2 locks to open & close the door in advance. It was tricky to navigate for someone who had no exposure to this type of entry arrangement. The pillows were very soft & it would be good to have a harder one as an option.

The location is excellent, very convenient for the train station and access to the town. The property management dealt with a minor issue very quickly. The flat block is quiet.

The flat facilities were poor quality. The bed is a small double and the mattress is very soft. There was 1 tiny pillow each. The curtains have holes in them and they don't cover the whole window. The quality of items in the kitchen, the cutlery, some of the pans are very worn or cheap. The shower head does not work so falls forward all the time and there are no bathroom accessories. It's a shame because it could be a much better experience to stay there with a little more effort with the facilities in the flat!
