The internet connection was on and off - From other ratings I believe this was not regular behavior.

バスターミナルからかなり近く、24時間のコンビニや軽食屋も近い。旧市街へも歩いて行ける。値段を考えるとかなりお得感あると思った。 スタッフの対応は文句なく、また是非クラクフには行きたいなと思えた。

Everything was wonderful, and even better than I expected. Excellent place, good prices, convenient location. There even was tea in my room, so I could relax right after my arrival. I hope I was a good guest :) Definitely stayng here again when I travel again to Kraków!
Everything was good. Maybe mattresses are too soft, but it didn't bother me at all. I don't know what to write here, I liked everything and enjoyed the calmness of my stay, nothing bothered me at all, and I had a good rest.

Tu z dużym naciskiem i przestrogą na przyszłość dla innych turystów! Na plus duże łóżko. Ale z tego co na nim najważniejsze: MATERAC NIEZWYKLE MIĘKKI. A powinien być sprężysty. Zapada się pod leżącym. Niezdrowy dla nikogo gdy taki miękki. Nawet nie ma jak poleżeć w ciągu dnia. Nie mówiąc o spaniu. Pytajcie o to jaki materac ma łóżko bo przecież spać trzeba.
