Location, spacious, good value
No AC!!! No elevator. Main floor bathroom could use a Reno upgrade - new shower faucet, some sort of shelf or counter space to place toiletries.

Great location, very handy for the railways station, and Stare Miasto. The apartment was quiet, properly kitted out for max three people, even had a coffee maker, and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment. We stayed in apartment 3 on the ground floor across the street from the check in. It was clean and equipped with everything except body soap for the shower. I would definitely stay again! Smooth check in and check out. Easy entry. Secure and safe neighborhood. Close to the basilica. maybe an 8 minute walk to the basilica old town. And an 8 minute walk to the train station. Perfect location! Friendly staff.
The hairdryer didn’t work. The shower water goes from hot to cold and that was a bit annoying. The water heater is loud and goes off and on constantly, but you can shut the bathroom door and it was fine. There was noise from people walking by during the night but ear plugs blocked it out.

The hotel is literally at the heart of the Krakow, making all your transportation eligible just by foot. Even when it was snowing and having -10 degrees it was pleasant to walk around and know you are really close to your hotel.
There was a lot of noise constantly coming from inside the building. Also our room didn't have any warm water at all at night. When I tried to confront the receptionist she almost bite me. Well, at least at the morning the water was hot enough to take a shower, but returning to the room at night after a long day of walking around at -15 degrees and not being able to take a good hot shower isn't something you want on your holidays and not pleasant at all.
