We booked different apartment than the one we recieved, and noone notified us beforehand. The other apartment wasn't bad, but i hate when owners do that. And matress was too soft, but thats a personal prefference.

You could not really find something better for this price in Krakow. Top location ~10 mins walk from the main square. The studio was pretty clean, bright and spacious. Easy self-check-in with clear instructions. Bear in mind that there is no lift in the building if you have heavy luggage or problems with movement.
The heater. It was working well but in my opinion, that kind of device is neither safe nor suitable for a hotel accommodation.
