It was very good

Quiet, good parking, nice room.
Room clock could not be reprogrammed. TV remote needed to be replaced. Very minor issues. Turning out onto main road nearly impossible on Saturday evening. Stop light or traffic-slowing needed for this area.

Location and proximity to shopping & restaurants. Quick elevators and room size and lay out was good.
Breakfast was barebones minimal….not appealing or appetizing. Gym equipment was filthy, no sanitizer, no means to wipe down equipment after use….really poor! I would suggest getting front desk personnel a company polo so they look different than hotel guest or the general public.
