It was very clean and the hotel staff was great!

Although the hotel staff was great, the staff at the restaurant, Bluegrass Bistro was not. The service we received from the wait staff was terrible and they were extremely rude to us when we tried to order late night dinner even though it is advertised that they service late night food. We were excited to go to dinner here and quickly realized it was not what we were looking for. We recommend sedonas taproom Nextdoor. They were awesome and family friendly!

The breakfast was amazing. Should have had a little more of a discount for hotel guests though. Wait service was a little slow, and it was not even crowded. Need to have accessible drink pitchers with the buffet. Our wait for beverages with breakfast took forever and it was not crowded at all.

Service was slow, even though there were only a few guests eating. Had to wait over 15 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes to flag down someone to get us water. Also the desk attendant when we checked out was snotty when I told her I had had a service dog. That was clearly stated in the reservations. Also check out is at noon and I was locked out of my room TWICE before 11 am! Fire pits were lit the first night, which was awesome, but not lit the next night. That was a huge disappointment.

The room, grounds, staff and location were excellent. The inside of the hotel was very nice and had everything you would need.

The outside looks a bit outdated and the indoor pool and hot tub were needing updating. Pretty expensive for one night.
