Work out room had lots of dumbell weights which was nice. Equipment was well maintained. Free coffee 24 hours. Great breakfast with eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, juice, breads and more. Staff was very helpful at check in/check out. Breakfast staff was excellent and helpful too.

This was nice and conveniently near the airport. They were able to do a late check-in for us, as we requested through booking.com. The rooms were clean, and the check out was very easy and quick the next morning.
There was a slight mix up of having booked a king room through Booking.com, but then when we where there, the hotel's system had our reservation as a double queen. the price was the same, and it still worked for us, but it was not 100% as booked.

The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.
The facilities were old and in poor repair. The towels were dingy and stained. My room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave, which I find unacceptable at a Hampton Inn, and on top of that, all the ice machines were apparently broken, so I had to repeatedly ask staff for ice - but then I had no place to store it because I didn’t have a fridge. For a property rated 8.5 and for what I paid, I was really disappointed.
