I have a family member in the hospital at UK so this is the 3rd hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. This one is my favorite. Has everything! Bed is comfy, room was clean and the staff were so sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

I should have gotten another room, I was exhausted from work and just said forget it I’m tired. The app I went through I must have chosen a handicapped room, which was fine if the lights were working. I took a shower the next morning with the light from my cell phone. I always have a good experience with this exception.

My only complaint is the water for showering took a good 10 minutes to get warm enough to take a shower.
