About this house rental
In a quiet area with an unobstructed view of the countryside, this vacation rental completely renovated in 2021 is spacious and bright.
Sorry! We do not rent to companies to house their employees.
NB: Gatherings and festive evenings are not allowed.
First floor:
- 1 large living room (53 m2) with fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, wood stove, connected TV, free WIFI.
- laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer, ironing board + iron),
-1 double bedroom with 160x200 bed with private bathroom (hairdryer provided) and TV.
- Suspended toilet,
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 (possibility of BB bed) + TV,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 + TV,
-1 bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer provided),
-1 wall-hung toilet.
Outside:
- 1 south-facing terrace, 40 m2, table for 8 people
- 1 private wooden terrace of 75 m2 out of sight with garden furniture (table for 8 people, parasol, deckchair, deckchair), SPA (4 people), barbecue and carport.

- Garden shed
NB: The spa located outside on the terrace is available from May to the end of September.

Located 2.5 km from the sea and the white sandy beaches, you can enjoy many activities nearby: 9-hole Côte des Sables golf course, casino, 2 equestrian centers, GR34 for hiking, Porsguen water sports center... 1.5 Km from the city center and its market.
For your comfort bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival. ( services included in the price ).

The cleaning package is optional when you book. It is 120€ as noted on the detail of the quote for the requested stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ty An Heol. The property was exactly as listed: beautiful, clean and very well equipped with everything we could need and more! The location was great for us as it was quiet, peaceful and served as a great base to explore the local area and further afield. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of helpful information so we could make the most of our time there. Thank you for such a great stay!

Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour des plus agréable.
Des hôtes forts sympathiques, remplis de conseils avisés, une jolie maison très bien équipée. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien avec plein de produits régionaux gentiment déposés à notre arrivée. La propreté est irréprochable et les extérieurs sont joliment arborés, fleuris et parfaitement entretenus au milieu d'une belle campagne calme et reposante avec des chevaux comme voisins.
Le seul bémol, NE PAS Y ÊTRE RESTES PLUS LONGTEMPS !!!
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour dans votre belle région.

Een prachtige gerenoveerde woning(sinds juli 2021). Alles nieuw! Heerlijke warmte van de houtkachel, maar ook de verwarmingen gaven snel genoeg warmte overal. Luxe keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden, 2 inloopdouches en zachte, grote handdoeken, zeep. Superaardige gastheer en gastvrouw die ons met veel lekkers verwenden. Veel wandelingen aan de prachtige kust gemaakt. Top!
