About this villa rental

The "Villa Sainte-Marthe" welcomes you all year round for a great holiday with family or friends 100m from the sea.
You will enjoy a luxury house with private indoor pool heated to 29 °, opening onto a beautiful terrace in an enclosed garden with a trampoline where children can have fun in complete safety. Access to the pool area from the house is secure.
The house, built in dead end in 2013, is independent and not overlooked and can accommodate 8 people and 2 babies. It will assure you calm and rest. Furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, the villa is functional, bright and comfortably equipped in order to make your stay very pleasant.
100 m from the villa, one of the beautiful white sand beaches that border our coast as well as coastal paths. For long rides in this exceptional setting with changing landscapes according to the tides, we provide 4 adult bikes available. At the same distance, a small port from where you can set off for a ride in sea kayaks, also available (2 two-seater). You will find on the port square, fresh fish and shellfish for direct sale from the fisherman in season and the Sunday morning market in summer.
Leisure activities and shops are nearby.

Excellent modern & high standard of accommodation, with everything you could possibly need. About 200 meters from the beach and a short walk to an even bigger beach. Excellent hosts and a very simple check in/check out process. An indoor swimming pool for the couple of days when the weather was poor (essential with 3 grandchildren). Highly recommended.

We were 2 families staying at Villa Sainte-Marthe and we all loved it. The spacious, open plan living/kitchen area was fantastic, as was the pool. The pool has doors which open out to the patio area which meant that we could relax on the patio while still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The villa was so clean throughout and towels were provided for us for the pool. On arrival, Yvon and Christelle had left a bottle of local cider and lovely bread for us, a nice touch. The villa is very private and not overlooked. Its also in a fantastic location - just a stones throw from the beach. 4 great bikes were provided and we used these quite a few times as the area is perfect for cycling. The villa owners had great communication with us on the run up to our stay and Yvon was there to greet us and show us round on arrival. He was very welcoming and helpful. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for modern, clean accommodation with the wow factor in a beautiful location.

Wir waren eine Woche mit zwei Familien dort, also vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder zwischen 11 und 15 Jahren. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter sowie die Lage lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles bestens!

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à la villa sainte marthe. La maison est parfaite: très bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. La piscine est un vrai plaisirs pour toute la famille. C’est très appréciable de pouvoir permettre aux enfants de jouer dans la cour privative en toute tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à disposition en cas de besoin . Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Vous ne pouvez être que satisfait de cette location. La maison est très belle, agréable, confortable, avec des équipements de qualité et très bien située. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée, la proximité de la plage et l’accueil ( merci pour la brioche et le cidre locaux). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Das Haus und vor allem der Pool sind perfekt. Neben einer ausführlichen Einweisung wurden wir auch mit einem Korb Biogemüse begrüßt. Tolle einsame Buchten, diverse Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Fischer, Märkte, Supermarkt). Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille avec un bel et chaleureux accueil de nos hôtes en particulier et des bretons en général . Nous soulignerons aussi la vive réactivité de nos hôtes pour nous faciliter notre séjour . Nous avons pu également profiter de belles prestations qui plus est fort pratiques . En résumé, un total et bénéfique dépaysement en ces temps un peu spéciaux ( environnement immédiat , la commune entière de Plouescat, les villes et villages à proximité, l’ île de Batz , la presqu’île de Crozon à peut près à 1h20-30 du lieu ... ).

Nous avons passe de très agréables vacances à la Villa ste Marthe pendant 1 semaine. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs aux différentes demandes et très gentils. Il ne manque absolument rien et biensure le must c est la piscine intérieur ou nous avons passes de très bons moments entre amis . Donc n hésitez pas vous pouvez louer cette villa en toute tranquilité et sérénité.

We gingen voor een rustige vakantie aan een natuurlijke kust. Hier heb je geen massatoerisme en de regio is toch de moeite om te bezoeken. Voldoende variatie door te fietsen ( fietsroute ) wandeltochten langs de GR34, de prachtige kustlijn die om elke hoek weer verrassend is. Een leuke aanrader zijn de zeekayaks De vakantiewoning is super up to date en meer . Het zwembad is zalig . Christelle en Yvon zijn zeer gastvriendelijk en " naturel". De welkomstattentie werd enorm geapprecieerd.

Nous avons troqué notre semaine de ski avec un séjour en Bretagne, et nous n'avons aucun regret !!!!! La maison est impeccable, et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine intérieure tous les jours , ce qui nous permettait de nous réchauffer et de nous relaxer après quelques sorties pluvieuses ou sportives . Nous avons hâte de pouvoir un jour profiter de la maison en plein été !!!!! Merci à Christelle et à Yvon pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance .
