Our family of 5 found this property to be a great fit for our ski weekend. Not too far from Wolf Creek Ski Area (35 minutes) and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs. Having a grocery store, gas station, and Walmart nearby was helpful. The price was within our family budget. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, spacious unit with nice lawn area behind. Very convenient location.
Sheets were low thread count and scratchy.

The beds were really comfortable, nice TV and the location was Convenient to eating and activities
Everything was outdated in the kitchen. The kitchen faucet had to have a bottle of soap up against it to keep it from turning on The top of the refrigerator was filthy, and the cold air returned to the furnace was filthy. I sent you pictures and a description of everything in an earlier text. We were unable to use the deadbolt lock because it was out of position and the screen door closer was missing . everything is fixable just need somebody to look for it
