Gather Inside

Prepare breakfast before skiing or take your time over dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area offers space for shared meals, puzzles, and game nights.

After a day outdoors, settle into the living room beside the fireplace. Choose a book, enjoy a movie on the smart TV, or bring out one of the provided games. A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to freshen up clothes during longer stays.



Your Own Outdoor Gathering Spot

The spacious private deck overlooks an open greenbelt, offering a peaceful backdrop for a morning coffee or a relaxed afternoon.

When weather allows, cook dinner on the BBQ grill, eat outside, and gather around the gas fire pit as evening settles in. Watch for wildlife in the green space or look up at the stars on a clear night.

Getting Around:

• A vehicle is recommended for skiing at Wolf Creek and exploring the surrounding area

• Allow extra travel time during winter weather



Optional access to Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center requires a guest fee and advance coordination. Confirm current facilities and access arrangements before your visit.

• Two bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs and require climbing stairs.

• Snow and ice may limit use of the deck, grill, and fire pit during winter.
