Furnished satisfactorily. Familiar with The Pines since we have owned their many years. The location is good to explore Pagosa Springs. Has nice grounds to walk you dog.
There is deferred maintenance and repair required to the unit. Carpets not clean or need replacing, blinds in upstairs BR broker, some towels need to be replaced.

Maintenance issues with unit that were reported to mgmt. No hot water on 2nd floor and little drainage on 2nd floor tub.

The home was spacious and clean. It was equipped with much better than average cooking and dining equipment.
The single beds in the 3rd bedroom were not very comfortable, but they were functional and the room itself was very nice as it even had a nice TV that was internet enabled.
