The location and vacation home itself was great! Plenty of room for the entire family, and we never felt like we were stepping on each other to move around or enjoy downtime. We appreciated the multiple bathrooms and the laundry facilities on site The beds were comfortable and the extra blankets were very much appreciated. We also loved the easy access to the yard, because it made walking our dogs extra easy. It was fairly clean and comfortable!
Unfortunately, we had a few things go wrong that kept it from being a 10-stay.
1) We were told on arrival that there were no assigned parking spots and to park anywhere. When we did, we received some very nasty notes and comments from the neighbors that made us highly uncomfortable. And when we reached out to find out where we could park, we never heard back from the hosts. So we ended up parking far away from the home to keep from causing problems.
2) The heater wasn't working at all. We were there in late May, so I understand why they didn't expect us to need it. But we had small dogs and the outside temp got as low as like 32 degrees, so we were freezing. When someone was sent out to fix it, they ended up breaking the air conditioning, so we weren't able to use that later in the week when the weather warmed up either.
3) The house could have been a little cleaner. We found a lot of hair in the showers that was clogging the drains.
4) Lastly, the upstairs fan and lights didn't work, which basically made it unusable because it was too hot during the day and too dark at night.

The wifi didn't work most of our stay I really don't like Colorado charging for shopping bags in my opinion it's ridiculous and I talked to several people from out of state as well as local people nobody likes the idea at all
