The historical paintings of angels on the ceilings were truly impressive and added a unique touch to the atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was exceptional - they were always friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of a lift to the 3rd floor, which made it difficult to carry our luggage. However, given that it is a historical building, this is understandable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay.

First and most important, the accommodation looked just like in the photos. There were no unpleasant surprises or disappointments. The apartment is very chic with a lot of details and Italian charm, I could live there. Very clean, very pleasant and comfortable. It’s placed on the third floor without an elevator.
Room temperature can be adjusted on the thermometer, heating was great.
Beds very comfy, sheets clean and crispy, we all slept like babies. There is separate toilet (very convenient when travelling with a friends) near one room and the bathroom upstairs (where is also the kitchen). Drinks and snacks are in refrigerator (is charged, the prices are realistic). Coffee is free of charge, one bottle of water was complimentary.
Location is excellent - in city center (pedestrian zone) and shops, restaurants, bakeries are all around. Tip: always make a dinner reservation at some restaurant, cause we couldn’t find a place where we could have a dinner without one, it was impossible.
Noise from the street can be heard in the apartment at night when everything is quiet, for those who are noise sensitive and have a light sleep. We live in a similar street, so we're used to it and it didn't bother us.
Parking is possible in the garage near by (few minutes walking distance), very spacey and secure (15e/day). There is also blue parking zone one minute walking distance from the apartment and if you are lucky, you can find a place there. We chose the garage because we wanted to go to Cinque Terre with the train and leave our car at the safe place.
The communication with the host was in english, very kind and without a problem.
Only thing that I would add in the apartment is an iron.

Willst Du dich mal fühlen wie ein König? Riesige Apartment, wunderbarer Malerei auf der Decke, wow!
Wir haben leider die Person nicht persönlich kennengelernt, was ich mich sehr gefreut hätte... Aber sie war sehr nett am Telefon und als wir vor der Tür waren, konnte Sie per Klick die Tür öffnen und uns dann genau sagen wie man zum Apartment kommt. Sobald Du drinnen bist, es ist ein schock von der Größe und Schönheit, besonders die Malerei in der Decke von beide Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer. Die fühlst Dich wie ein König!
Es ist alles super. Aber ein Rat: Wenn Du ein grosser Person bist, würde ich nicht die oberste Apartment empfehlen. Die Dusche Box ist sehr klein und das Dach ist schräg... Ausserdem (evtl. weil so weit oben ist) gab's immer sehr wenige Wasser (ausser der Kampf mit heissen und kalten Wasser). Als Tipp für der Besitzer: ich würde mehr in der Küche investieren... Es gab kein Tuch für die Hände, auch nicht für die Besteck, kein Küchenpapier, eine richtige Brotmesser wäre auch sehr willkommen. Auf jeden Fall, die Küche hat uns gar nicht inspiriert um zu kochen oder, anders als die vorherige Apartment wo wir waren, wo alles gab, inklusive Olivenöl!

La posizione molto centrale. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Appartamento molto spazioso. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
Da segnalare che l'appartamento è sito al 3° piano senza ascensore. Persone con problemi di deambulazione o semplicemente con bagagli molto pesanti farebbero parecchia fatica.

Noi siamo stati solo una notte ed è stato tutto perfetto
L’appartamento è molto carino, curato nei dettagli e pulito. Sicuramente lo consiglio. Anche il fatto che abbia il riscaldamento non è scontato.
Tutto è stato positivo, se proprio vogliamo trovare dei difetti direi giusto un paio di cose: si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore e la scala può risultare poco adatta per persone anziane o bambini piccoli; il bagno con la doccia è un po’ basso e scomodo per persone molto alte.

Spazi ampi, eleganza e pulizia di prim’ordine. Posizione invidiabile nell’area pedonale, centralissima a tutti i servizi.
Da non mancare la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Personale preparato e disponibile.
Palazzo antico privo di ascensore. Aspetto da considerare da chi ha difficoltà motorie.
