The best apartment where we had stayed in the area of Lavagna, Chiavari and Sestri Levante.

Excellent, modern and well-equipped apartment in the quite area of Chiavari. The host was very helpful and attentive to all requests. It was very nice to have wine, soft drinks and snacks in the kitchen on arrival, especially given the fact that we checked in at 23:00. The apartment is equipped with inverter type air conditioning in every room, in the kitchen and even in the bathroom. The bathroom is clean and nice, has good furniture. Although the kitchen can be not so spacious for 5 people, it is new, functional and has all you can need both for short and long term stays, including the semi-professional coffee machine. The building is new and there is only one apartment on every floor, so your windows are oriented on all sides. The skyline and the sea view is amazing, as the building is on the small hill above the downtown of Chiavari. There is a free public parking nearby where we could find a free place in 95% of evening during our long stay (only in the late evening may be an additional search required and you can definitely find a free slot in 150-200 meters).

Sometimes we had mosquitos because we prefer to have windows open during the night. However, you can use the inverter air-conditioning which can let you to keep windows closed and have plenty of fresh air inside

DA RITORNARE

Appartamento al terzo piano con 4 balconi, arieggiato e fresco. Si vede il mare. Pulitissimo. Nuovo. Spazioso. Con tutti i comfort. Vicino al centro e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal mare. Host molto gentile.

Il parcheggio in strada ma comunque con spazi riservati ai disabili.

sehr, sehr schönes Appartement mit Meerblick; deswegen habe ich es genommen

ein großes Appartement mit 4 kleinen Balkonen, 2 davon Südseite und Meerblick, Ausstattung, 2 Fernseher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc., Küche mit allem, was man braucht - TOP! sehr hell, geräumig, 2 Schlafzimmer, Gastgeber stellt erstmal kostenlos Getränke zur Verfügung und Snacks, Kaffee, Zucker etc. würde wieder kommen, der Gastgeber ist sehr, sehr nett

Eigentlich müsste man 10 Punkte vergeben, aber: Minus 1: das Haus liegt in einer Kurve; es rauschen doch viele Autos/Motorräder vorbei; schließt man allerdings die Fenster, so ist es drinnen ziemlich leise, da schalldichte Fenster. 2. Minus: kein zum Appartement dazu gehöriger Parkplatz: ergo sucht man an der Straße.. dort stehen jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, kommt man so wie wir, erst nachts um 1 Uhr nach Hause, muss man weit weg parken. Freitags zw. 21-22 Uhr kann man weg. Putzfahrzeig nicht parken 3. Minus: es liegt oberhalb vom Stadtkern und beim Zurückweg muss man schon einige Stufen hinauf; das ist für ältere Menschen anstrengend
