The property was in perfect conditions and host included additional futures like a welcome kit, wich we found very handy

As a suggestion, it will be a great plus if the property could include Internet access, which is really required this days

Spacious and spotlessly clean two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning in every room and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for a family of four. The hosts' welcome was exceptional: the fridge was stocked with sparkling wine, yogurts, milk, biscuits, sweets for the kids and good coffee - everything tasty and high quality. The terrace with a sea view is wonderful, free parking right in front of the house was a big plus, and the ~15-minute walk to the town centre and train station made day trips to Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Sestri Levante easy.

The apartment sits on a hill above Chiavari, so the walk back up from town is a bit of a workout - we treated it as our evening fitness (the kids groaned a little), but for some guests it could be too much effort. There is no Wi-Fi, so plan on mobile data; the TV works perfectly and our son happily watched his cartoons. The building stands next to a road - it is quiet at night, but light sleepers may notice the first morning traffic.

Ampio appartamento, perfetto per una comoda vacanza o weekend. In casa non manca nulla. Tutto super accessoriato. Camere grandi e letti comodi, aria condizionata. Essendo in alto sopra Chiavari si gode anche della vista mare.

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e super accessoriato! Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze (compreso il bagno). Centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Host molto disponibile e accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare acqua, latte, merendine per la colazione… Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo molto volentieri!
