Sehr saubere ,gut aufgeteilte große Wohnung, die architektonisch stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Der Garten mit Pool unter Olivenbäumen und die Aussicht vom Balkon entsprechen den Bildern . Sehr freundliche Vermieter . Wir wünschen der Familie alles Gute sind sehr dankbar und kommen gerne nochmal wieder .

Wunderschöne, grosszügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und toller Terrasse mit Meerblick! Wohnung ist in grosser Villa in Hanglage, weniger touristisches Gebiet. Sehr schöne Innenstadt ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

Nous avons passé deux semaines top à Chiavari. David et Alice nous ont bien accueillis dans leur villa, tout en restant discrets. L'appartement est agréable et frais, avec une terrasse privée. Le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits pour les enfants (et les adultes), bien entretenus et partagés avec plusieurs familles sans souci. La mer est à proximité, les environs sont superbes et desservis en train (Cinque Terra, Gênes, ...). A refaire !

Appartement avec terrasse privée et jardin commun à quelques familles, très beau avec une piscine pour les enfants et des arbres magnifiques. Les propriétaires qui habitent au dessus sont vraiment très sympathiques, serviables et discrets.

Wir würden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, um auch kleine Gerichte zuzubereiten. Fußläufig erreicht man das Zentrum in 10-15 Minuten.

Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door David, die gedurende ons hele verblijf onmiddellijk beschikbaar was voor vragen of uitleg. Hij en zijn mooie gezin zijn steeds discreet aanwezig. Het domein van David en Alice is een schitterend vakantiekader: een feeërieke oprijlaan onder een lange pergola en een aangename, kindvriendelijke tuin met schommel, hangmat en zwembad. Ons appartementje had een mooi, schaduwrijk terras, waar het aangenaam vertoeven was. Jammer genoeg zaten er ook verschillende katten, die constant om aandacht (en eten) kwamen bedelen. Na een eerste maaltijd op het terras, waarbij we de katten voortdurend moesten wegjagen, hebben we dus enkel nog binnen kunnen eten. Met het mooie weer en het schitterende kader is dat natuurlijk wel wat jammer... Wat ons ook opviel, is dat de keukenkasten en badkamer een ietwat muffe geur hadden, waarschijnlijk doordat er geen rechtstreekse verluchting van de badkamer mogelijk is (wel met afzuigsysteem). Aangezien er vooral buiten geleefd wordt, was dit voor ons geen breekpunt, maar dit zou wel beter kunnen. Het domein is voor dagelijkse verplaatsingen makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer: tijdens de zomermaanden rijdt er elk uur een gratis pendelbusje naar het centrum van de stad en het strand, waar je slechts een kwartiertje over doet. Kortom: ondanks enkele minpuntjes zijn wij heel tevreden over dit verblijf, en bevelen wij dit graag aan!

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden, so das man auch wirklich kochen kann. Die eigene Terasse ist so angelegt, dass nicht jeder einem auf den Teller schauen kann.
