Great location, great price, lady who seems to manage the place was cool. But, it is a grody dude hostel..had a threesome of Somali pirates in my room, a man in the common room shouting into his phone, and a man who claimed to be a Ukrainian soldier asking me for 15-20 Euro for a room because he is homeless(this was in the common area, within 30 minutes of checking in..he followed me into the bathroom to make his pitch while I brushed my teeth).

We got a whole room to ourselves with a balcony overlooking the theater. The staff was friendly.
The bathroom and kitchen could be cleaner.
