The reception people were so nice , helpful and kind . They were some of the kindest people. The people were super friendly around the world. Loved the buffet . The food was really good. They have a great kitchen and a nice refrigerator It was close to everything I wanted to see and close to the train. They did clean the rooms eveyday. They were super understanding and welcoming . They made me love krakow forever !

The showers weren't clean downstairs . I got an issue with my toe even though I wore shower shoes . I would recommend chemicals for the bathroom so we can clean before and after the shower . Downstairs showers was not a good experience . Very dirty and needs an upgrade , however upstairs had decent shower . I did not enjoy the mixed dormitory but i would book different next time and bring chemicals .

The stay was just perfect. From the welcoming at the reception from Maria (I don't know what's her salary but she deserves a raise) with jokes and extreme cordiality; the delicious dinner included in the price, as the free happy hour at the beer house: very smart from them to do it because it entertains the guest and makes them bond bringing more respect between them, even coming back to the room at 4:00 completely smashed, at least in my experience. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom is much more than expected for the price they ask for. The location is literally 5 minutes from the main railway station, with a bike it took me 3 minutes.

Id they had a laundry service I would give it 11/10

Highly Recommend Breakfast and dinners are included. It’s a buffet style and they are amazing. Dinner includes beer!!! You can help yourself to tea, coffee, fruit and cereals all day as well and there was always a stack of free pot noodles available to eat all for free. Cookies and candy for the taking on the reception desk!! Loved this!! Use of the kitchen and a fridge too, so you can buy and cook your own food. Comfortable beds with light and socket next to each bed. There is a drawer under the bed to lock up your stuff (need your own lock) lots of showers, hot water and toilets and everything is very clean. They play music all day throughout the common areas and I loved the playlist. The dining room is also a great space for working or studying and there is a TV which plays Netflix movies. The location is superb!! Can walk to everything in Old Town and the train station. Only 20mins from airport. 24hr staff which is great and they are so nice and helpful.

No curtains on the beds, but I used a large scarf to hang around the bottom bunk for privacy. It worked really well. Also, it can be noisy at night, so might not be good place if you sleep early and are a light sleeper. I was not bothered by it.

The location is good, the breakfast is good, and the free dinner including free beer was very much appreciated. There is a well equiped kitchen that can be used. Staff is friendly.

The bathrooms were always very, very dirty, they really need to work on improving hygiene. The mattress and pillow were super uncomfortable. You need to leave a cash deposit to get a key to enter your room. There is no room were smoking is allowed, wierd for a party hostel. To be fair there wasn't any party going on anyway.
