Loved the setting. It was clean and comfortable. On site parking.
Quiet setting however the accommodation adjacent to ours was occupied and we could hear everything- talking, laughter, setting the table, showers etc. This meant that we couldn’t really sleep until they had retired and also woke us up in the morning. If we hadn’t had any neighbours it would’ve been perfect. Soundproofing is poor.

I’d have liked to stay longer!

The bed was so comfortable. Great shower, Room was lovely & clean. Very pleasant location
Room was so cold took ages to warm up.
Milk was off should have been in the fridge. A biscuit would have been nice & body wash. Compared to were our friend was staying which was 12mins away, the hophouse wasn’t valued for money as he had lots more facilities.
Wasps in the room, outside the door there were loads of them.

It is in a beautiful location in the Hereford countryside. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
We were a bit confused about which photos applied to our rented apartment. The apartment was wonderful but it seems the photos on Booking were of another apartment.
The double bed was ok, but not brilliant.
As someone with a housedustmite allergy I'm not a big fan of a bed placed on thick carpet.

The property was very clean and simply decorated. It was good to be able to bring along our dog, even if the overall price then seemed quite expensive, given breakfast was not included. Easy walk to the pub for lunch or evening dinner. Lots of parking space on site
Quite expensive for what was on offer. No choice of tea, nor hot chocolate for those who don't bring coffee. Given there is no shop close by it would have been nice to have had some biscuits or fruit on offer.
Whilst the noise form the next door unit was a happy noise, lying in bed we could hear their conversations and music.

room (The Snug) was cosy and v clean. A converted farm building with High ceiling and wooden beams. Great large double bed, Great shower. good heater. Fridge provided. V quiet, remote location.
Is room only - if you need food/drinks local pub is closed mon-wed, so will have to get food from nearest town - 15 min drive.

Silly little thing but there is an emergency light above the door that is so bright the whole room is illuminated at night.

Quiet and private. Very comfortable bed.
There could have been a toaster and maybe some fresh milk in the fridge.

Exceptionally quiet (no traffic, little wildlife audible) with no other guests evident.
Would have been nice to have been left 1-pint milk to go in a cup of tea. Was working locally and didn't arrive till late so didn't like to bother the host by asking. Not a big deal (just saying).

Location was very quiet, however if the other places on site were occupied I can imagine it to be too lively and not to our liking.
Wasn't that welcoming a property.Television did not play without interference.

Beautiful location in a quiet village, a few minutes walk to the local pub, very relaxing place to stay. Lots of interesting places to visit close by including the National Trust site at Brockhampton which is stunning and the Hop Shed brewery and tap room at Suckley.

Very clean comfortable room, lovely and quiet location. Had everything I needed.
The heater had been left full on when I arrived on a day when it was 19C, it was a sauna inside the room Thankfully there was a fan to help cool it down.
The fire escape light was very bright at night.

Difficult to find. Absolutely no visual contact with personal of hotel. We had to call three times to make contact to get location details. We saw no one on arrival or departure. The room was cold on arrival. No heating in bathroom. No soap or shampoo and only a small towel for the shower.

Cobwebs on ceiling.
Fan above bed did not work

I like that we had little fridge in a Snug, because there are not so much shops around. Also the host provided with nice coffee.
It was quite around, clean.
The mattress wasn't very comfortable for me, but bed size was good, we love biiiig beds.
The road to Little Cowarne was so narrow and wavy sometimes.

The Snug was a very comfortable room with a lovely bed, fabulous shower, good Wifi, TV that worked well and crockery and cutlery thoughtfully provided. We arrived later than expected and had stopped to buy some snacks as the property was well off the beaten track. We needn't have bothered because there is an excellent pub, The Three Horseshoes, just a 5 minute stroll up the road which I believe is only open Thursday to Sunday.
The window looks out on to a wall and the glass door onto the car park, so not much of a view. We didn't see anybody at all while we were there, but that was OK.

Nice rural setting and lovely conversion
Poor soundproofing, the lovely loft had a connecting door to another cottage the Snug... great idea for larger parties and would recommend.
But there was a noisy happy family in next door and the noise was travelling through... Not their fault, I am very aware that when all our family get together we can be a rowdy lot.. But it was quite late before this family went to bed.

The space was ideal for our family and the location was great
The wifi didn’t work that well but we didn’t really use it much anyway.

The high quality finishes
It was extremely warm and there wasn’t a circulation of air. May benefit from a fan

very well thought-out bedroom suites, of very high standard.
mattresses really comfy.
would have been beneficial
to have access to some food- I didn’t realise how few facilities might be near-by, and so the opportunity to buy a hamper, or certain foods prior to arrival, and details of delivery takeaways, would be a huge bonus.
Could not work out how to use TV, but wasn’t really a problem

absolutely huge, beautiful, great facilities.
the beds weren't made up, and I did find it a little difficult to find which let was mine in the dark because the yard wasn't very well lit. But when I did find it it did not disappoint

Good directions, lovely place with a variety of accommodation all around a courtyard - would make a great venue for larger family gatherings as you could all stay in separate accommodation but be social together
