Nestled in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood directly facing Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Two private master suites open directly to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a refreshing pool, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and retractable awnings—perfect for long desert afternoons and sunset evenings.
The primary suite features a luxurious King bed, 55” smart TV, cozy seating area, and abundant natural light, creating a peaceful private retreat for couples or solo relaxation.
In addition to the bedrooms, a bonus room provides extra space to unwind, stream movies, or catch up on work—flexible for whatever your stay requires.
At the heart of the home is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.
Located in one of West Sedona's most desirable areas, you'll be minutes from scenic hiking trails, top-rated restaurants, and a nearby trailhead that connects to local-hidden routes—no parking required.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Chimney Rock Escape had a great view out the front window and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails and shopping. The open living room was spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a cabinet with some family games and puzzles. The master bedroom and bath was very comfortable with plenty of space and nice attached bathroom. One bedroom was located next door with a hall bath nearby. The bed in this room was a little high for my mother but would be fine for a younger person. It is also positioned on the colder side of the house. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between them on the other side of the house. Communication between us and the host was very good and timely.

Great place to stay. Has a beautiful view in the front with a fire pit and seating to enjoy while relaxing. Spacious house. Especially with the open concept of kitchen, dining and living rooms for everyone to come together to socialize before or after we went out for our adventures for the day.

What a treasure! This house was immaculate upon arrival! The kitchen was well-appointed in terms of dishes and cookware. The interior of the house is very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. The location is great, too. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Safeway is just a mile away. The house is close enough to anywhere in Sedona that you want to get to, yet far enough out of the busy and crowded downtown area. We definitely recommend staying at the Chimney Rock Escape!

1) the pool was VERY dirty and full of bird feces
2) the kitchen sink cold water facet and drinking water filter were broken
3) there was a fire alarm that needed batteries that beeped all night long
