Our family of 5 was very pleased with this property. We wished we had longer to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, and the rooms were cozy and nicely decorated. Our 15 year old loved having his own "suite" on the opposite side of the house. We enjoyed the added bonus of the hot tub, big backyard, games and puzzles, and easy accessibility to hiking. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Sedona!

House was clean, owner was communicative, and the views from the backyard were absolutely gorgeous There were a couple of maintenance issues as one of the lightbulbs in the ceiling fans was burnt out and between 4am-6am a water line rattles which makes it difficult to sleep

The property has four bedrooms, a grass backyard, and some minor upgrades, however this is a dated property with a lot of quirks. The fourth bedroom is in a separate area- it looks original to the home- we didn’t use the space since the air in the main home was superior.Three bedrooms are located right next to one another- you can hear a lot through the doors/walls.All the doors get stuck when opening and closing them, including the bathroom doors. The closet doors are falling off the tracks and need to be fully replaced or taken off altogether. The kid room bed felt incredibly unsafe- the bed is not sturdy - we did not feel safe having our son sleep on the top bunk and trundle just rolls around on the floor. This bed needs replacement.The floors are also creaky and you can hear every movement through the home, especially at night.The location was great. The property is dated, so if you don’t mind that- this is a good place to stay.
