Sedona Bliss - Spacious West Sedona home with STUNNING Red Rock views.

A very nice location to stay and experience a fabulous Sedona view from the great room or back patio. We also saw javelinas, coyotes, quail, and other birds from the great room with its wall to wall sliding glass doors. Rent the house for the excellent Sedona view, wildlife, and the very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.The house floorplan is very good. The mastersuite is very nice, and the rooms are a good size. The kitchen, which we barely used, is of a good size and layout. A clean, very cold refrigerator in the kitchen was used. We were three adults and so the number of bathrooms (3), the house size, and indoor & outdoor seating areas were excellent. Comments on some of the indoor seating furniture have been mentioned in other reviews, and I won't repeat them here. However, I will say the mattresses are comfortable. The dining table is very nice. We never used the pool table in the garage. Jared, the host very much welcomed comments sent to him via VRBO messaging. So, reach out to him if needed. He was prompt with replies. My only concern is I prefer voice contact over texts when communicating with a VRBO host. Written comments are fine for reviews.Minor concern: A yard worker with a leaf blower came by early on the 2nd day while we were enjoying coffee on the back patio. Dusty & noisy. No warning he was coming. We scrambled inside.As mentioned, we would rent this house again, and this is mostly due to the view, wildlife, and quiet neighborhood.

AMAZING view and very comfortable house!We were two couples visiting Sedona for the first time, and we stayed at this house for four nights. We appreciated that all the rooms were on one floor, and we could easily walk outside to enjoy the patio. The house was clean and had what we needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for us to have our privacy. The house is just a little out of town so it was quiet at night and there was no traffic near the house, but it was close enough for a quick trip to a food store, drug store, restaurants, and a few shops. Also, it is not too far to drive to the main part of Sedona when we wanted more restaurants and shops to enjoy. But the most remarkable thing about the house is the view. We arrived well after dark the first night, so when we got up the next morning, we were greeted with an amazing view of Thunder Mountain and the adjacent red rock views. The backyard is roomy enough to have tables and chairs on the patio and a little walking trail, and we enjoyed sitting outside during the day appreciating the beautiful views when we weren't off exploring. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Sedona.

View was beautiful. King mattress very comfortable. Kitchen was not well equipped. Missing measuring items. No microwave glass dishes for cooking. Scratched non- stick pans. No racks for grilling. No foil for the grill. Very cheap 10 cup coffeepot. No coffee grinder. 4 TVs but bring your own streaming logins.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would return. Nice hiking without having to get in a car, Safeway right nearby. No traffic, a delight. Jared was quick with communication.
