About this house rental
Located in West Sedona, Sedona Star View at Thunder Mountain is neighboring Sugar Loaf and Thunder Mountains, putting you close to many exciting attractions and activities. You will be close to hiking trails for easy outdoor adventures, and less than a mile to 89-A, where you'll find restaurants, shopping and so much more!
This stunning home offers a single level, split floor plan and a spacious 2,279 square feet of living space. It has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests.
You will enter this gorgeous property through the front door and into the spacious great room offering the main living spaces — living room, dining area and kitchen. These areas are open and bright and all feature tile floors.
Living Room: This room has a new queen sleeper sectional sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The many windows bring in the natural light and stunning red rock views.
Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a new four-burner gas range, and expansive granite counters for easy meal prep and entertaining. The kitchen bar has seating for two and there is a breakfast nook table with seating for four, that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and those mountain views!
Dining Area: The dining area has plenty of space for all your meals with seating for six. Take advantage of the patio access where you'll find a BBQ for your outdoor grilled favorites.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom - King bed, Smart TV with Netflix, sitting area, and large closet. The large master bathroom has two separate granite counter sinks, water closet, a soaking tub, and a separate tile shower.
Bedroom 2 – King size bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds (or configured as a king size bed upon request and a $30 fee) and access to the full shared bathroom.
Half bath
Outdoor Area: The backyard is serene and features a large paver patio with comfortable seating, both covered and uncovered, for whichever your preference may be. Take in a soothing dip in the brand new extra-large hot tub after a day full of activities, that comes complete with the stunning mountain views, and breathtaking star views on clear nights. There are two hiking poles at the home for guest use. Please note that the yard is not fenced.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. This Sedona home was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking scenery. The stunning red rock views from the three massive near floor-to-ceiling windows were truly unforgettable …. like waking up inside a postcard each morning.The home itself was beautifully appointed, with every detail contributing to an upscale yet relaxing experience. The hot tub and fireplace were the perfect finishing touches, making mornings and evenings equally magical.Location was another huge highlight. It’s conveniently close to hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything Sedona has to offer without sacrificing time, privacy or tranquility.We did experience a minor issue with the keypad upon arrival, but customer service was outstanding. Our call was answered immediately by a live person who walked us through troubleshooting in real time, resolving the issue quickly and seamlessly. Jacob was awesome to deal with during booking! Overall, this property exceeded expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxurious Sedona retreat with unforgettable views, incredible amenities, and responsive service, this home is an absolute gem.

Signs everywhere about using coasters, shoes, spa rules, toilet flushing rules. Unnecessary.
Toilets not clean (mold ring). Mini blind in bedroom broken, shower in master hot water would not work. Shower in guest side drain cover loose. Hot tub chlorine cover broken, No spa pillows. Needs updating on linens. Million Dollar view but not a million dollar stay.
