Villa with 3 flat near Sassetta village, with pool, barbecue, large garden.
Theses holiday apartments are situated in a beautiful villa (3 lodgings), ideal for a relaxing holiday, at 800 mt from Sassetta, a remarkable medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. On top of a hill, 500 m above sea level, the apartments with private terrace have been renovated to a very high standard, in harmony with the surroundings.
The villa is surrounded by a large green park and has a Swimming pool (12x6, open middle May-Sept).In the villa's grounds there is ample parking space.
Furthermore, in Marina di Castagneto our guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with facilities deckchairs, sun umbrellas, dressing room, bathroom, and potable water.
It is in an excellent location for discovering some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Sassicaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or for visiting the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.
Entrance to the flat (90 sqm) from the garden on the west side of the house.
The living room is accessed via two steps. In front of the entrance is a 100-year-old oak tree, under which is a rocking sofa with comfortable cushions.
The flat's private garden is also equipped with wrought-iron chairs, four deck chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a fireplace, while to the left is the well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and mocha and filter coffee machine. Between the fireplace and the cooking area is a table for 8 people.
From the living room there is access to the covered terrace, shaded by the green chestnut tree, ideal for outdoor dining, and furnished with a marble table and wrought-iron chairs and a sofa with comfortable cushions. The living room leads to the two bedrooms (one with an extra bed) with en-suite bathrooms.
The furnishings and accessories in the two bathrooms are of a very high standard; they all have a shower cubicle and the larger bathroom has a washing machine. The flat is very well equipped and has central heating.
The holiday house with a garden of 2000 square metres is surrounded by a chestnut forest and is only 800 metres from the village, and consists of three holiday flats.
Situated 500 metres above sea level, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The house is luxurious and recently renovated. The floors are light-coloured and of the same quality and colour throughout the house, as are the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. The exterior of the house is well maintained and takes into account the surroundings.
There is a swimming pool (12x6 m, open from April to October).
In Marina di Castagneto our guests have access to a Maremma pine forest (with changing room, toilets, water, deckchairs and parasols) and access to a free beach.
The medieval village of Sassetta is situated on the hills of the Costa degli Etruschi, in a very green area from which you can enjoy amazing views of the woods and the sea. From here you can make excursions to some beautiful villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as visit the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
